Sunbichon

Sunbichon built with red clay is a restaurant specializing in raw trout. You can taste raw trout, Maeuntang (fish stew), and fried trout.

Sunbichon has the interior made with woods and clay walls, which makes the atmosphere friendly and warm. You can enjoy sliced raw trout most deliciously when you mix it with vegetables as basic side dish with red chili-pepper paste with vinegar, Ssamjang, minced garlic and soybean flour. As it became a subject of conversation being broadcast in SBS entertainment program “My Little Old Boy,” it becomes a favorite restaurant.
